This 5 tier buttercream wedding cake iced looks as if its truck is splashing milk chocolate mud all over it. Made by A Little Cake Bakery in Park Ridge, New Jersey this cascading cake uses both white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries to accent the top and the side of the cake that is not getting splashed with chocolate goodness.
A Little Cake Bakery's says that, "Adding this truck to the wedding cake was the grooms idea." Not for everybody, but definitely an unforgettable wedding cake design. The truck is made from a sculpted vanilla cake with chocolate filling and it is iced with fondant. The mud is a mix of buttercream, cocoa powder and graham crackers.
